Expert Ruby on Rails Developer: 4 Years of Focused Experience in Server-side App Development and Maintenance

I have extensive experience as a Backend Developer and Sysadmin, specializing in the development, maintenance, and optimization of server-side applications. I have a proven track record of accomplishments, such as containerizing and orchestrating staging environments, leading frontend development with React, Redux, and TypeScript, and creating a middleware server using Sinatra to stub API calls. My skillset includes Ruby on Rails, Golang, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Bootstrap, LINUX, Docker, Python, Shell Scripting, and CI/CD.

Since January 2019, I have worked as a freelance consultant for technology companies worldwide, where I have designed and developed B2B and internal-use web apps using Ruby on Rails, fixed bugs, upgraded dependencies, automated deployment of systems running in production, and optimized SQL queries. In March 2022, I was contracted as a full-stack developer to create a staging environment with four RoR microliths using Docker, wrote a middleware server using Sinatra to stub API calls to IoT services, and led the development of new frontend.

As a Linux System Administrator from April 2017 to December 2018, I built a RoR app that was used in the selection process of new members and created a Python script to populate the system environment using functional programming and integration tests. Additionally, I automated administration tasks for over 50 Debian-based systems.
